Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to arrival (3:00 PM CST) without penalty, unless a non-refundable rate was booked. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will incur a charge for one night’s room rate and tax. Stricter modification and cancellation rules apply to non-refundable reservations, group rates, special promotions, or city events.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at check-in. The hotel will hold guaranteed reservations for up to 12 hours after the scheduled 3:00 PM arrival time.
Off-site self-parking is available nearby for standard-sized vehicles under 6 feet tall for $30 per 24-hour period. Vehicles over 6 feet tall are charged $49 per day, and the garage cannot accommodate U-Hauls or full-sized vans. In-and-out privileges are included but subject to limited availability, so please check in with the front desk prior to entering the garage to receive specific instructions.
